It's Monday and that means a new Shabby challenge at The Tea Room! Tammy is our hostess and asks that we create a project or card using:
COLOURS: WHITE or CREAM, PINK and BLUE
FLOWERS
A FABRIC ELEMENT
This week we are sponsored by JUSTRITE STAMPERS and got to play with the beautiful sets: Botanical Medallions and Banners and the Botanical Butterflies. I've used a bit from each set today.
The hydrangeas stamp caught my eye, it's one of my favourite flowers. Once again I used my trusty watercolour pencils to colour in the images. I used the masking technique to make huge bunches of them... they are always many beautiful blooms on the bushes...
My pink colour addition? Ribbon. Such an easy way to add the required colours!
My fabric element are these sweet bees! I stamped then with black ink onto muslin and cut them out. Love!
And there you have it.. beautiful blooms just behind the garden fence! I'm off to check out the rest of the Shabby Team to see what they created.
