Hello my sweets!
Hello new challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room! This week the lovely Fran is our hostess and she asks that we use:
* THE COLOURS IN THE INSPIRATION PHOTO
* FLOWERS
* A STAMPED ELEMENT
JustRite Stampers are our shabby sponsors once again and I chose to work with Seeds of Summer (one of my faves!) and Botanical Butterflies.Play along this week and you have a chance to win a fab prize pack of Vintage Label and Banner Dies, as well as Violette Vintage Labels!
I've been obsessed of late with packs and pockets, and followed my love and made three in different styles, using the Seeds of Summer set. I made some wax paper baggies and stamped diretly on, then heat embossed. How I love the effect! I used acrylic paints to colour in those gorgeous petunias.
Stamping directly onto wax baggie then embossing with black powder, this has to be my favourite of this trio!
A file folder turned into a flower pot pocket....perfect for tucking seed packs into.
Join our challenge this week and pop by to visit the rest of the Shabby Girls to see their gorgeous projects!

oh-so pretty in pink...TSTR #124
Hello folks! Welcome to another week and a new challenge at The Shabby Tea Room! This week Debbie is our shabby hostess and she asks that we use:
*THE COLOURS FROM THE INSPIRATION PICTURE
*A FLOWER
Isn't that picture just mouth-watering delish! This week our sponsor is Digital Papers By Janet(Etsy). Just love her digi's. The papers are just a dream to work with. I used Antique Cards 1. First Prize wins 3 collages, Second Prize wins 2 collages and Third 1 collage. Let's get playing.
I chose to make a pocket with a tag this week. The papers are just so beautiful I didn't want to cover them up.
Lovely layers and a shabby bloom, made out of layers of muslin, fabric and my hand crocheted trim, all topped off with a ribbon flower.
The tag I left blank.. made the rose and flowers 3D to add a little pop...
My little set, all ready for it's recipient.. love the dreamy romance of Janet's papers!

It's time to get crafty again! Another week and that means a new challenge over at The Shabby Tea Room. This week Starr is our host and she asks that we use:
*COLOURS FROM THE INSPIRATION PICTURE
* BUTTONS
* RIBBON OR TWINE
*STITCHING (MACHINE OR FAUX)
Such a great picture. Who wouldn't want a craft room like that. So many great colours to choose from. I went with peach, pink, grey and a pop of bluey tourquoise.
Bugaboo Stamps is our sponsor this week and you have the chance to win 7 FREE DIGIS!!! I played with the Silhouette Hummingbird flowers. I coloured it on the computer then printed it out. Easy peasy!
I added some machine stitching to hold the layers together..
Such a great image to work with! Perfect for my engagement card for a friend:)

you're invited...TSTR #121
You're invited! To the newest challenge at The Shabby Tea Room, that is. I'm your host this week and I ask that you MAKE AN INVITATION based on the inspiration photo. Time to let your imagination run wild!
Our sponsor this week is Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps. Our winner will receive 5 digital images of their choice! I used the teapot image this week for my project:)
My invitation is for a tea party.. and whenever I think of tea parties I think of one of my favourite stories, Through the Looking Glass and have to include a clock...
I made a pocket for my invite to slip into.
I shrunk the teapot image.. love the mini teapots all in a line:)
I hope you will accept our invitation and play along with us this week!
Don`t forget to visit our Shabby Team for some more inspiration!
